The Logan Lcc project, designed by the Logan Group, is a unique landscape design that integrates urban supporting facilities, facility resources, and landscape designs. Inspired by the theme "Show," the design aims to construct a space for business and leisure activities, outdoor halls of creative culture, and a public space that combines nature and art. This design creates a park that aligns with the concept of business and leisure.
What sets Logan Lcc apart from other designs is its rich altitude difference relationships in the site. The platforms strew randomly among buildings in the site, forming a three-dimensional landscape space. The site also features a lot of outdoor activity space, a large outdoor swimming pool, and an interesting children's playground.
In the design stage, a magnificent waterfall was created that combines glass with regular hollow steel plates, allowing water to flow along one side of the glass. This design technique, through gradually hollowing out the steel plates, forms a dynamic effect of light and water flows, enriching visual and sensual feelings.
The project, which covers a total of 87044 square meters, started in November 2016 in Shenzhen and was completed in November 2019. The design team, which includes Huihui Wang, Song Zhang, Ni Peng, and Yuyan Hu, faced creative, technical, and research challenges during the project. They overcame these challenges by combining geometric and organic elements to create a space for orderly and natural elements.
As an open public space and important distributing place, LCC Park on Plot 07 is the main interface facing the city. The design team constructed the framework of the space through growing plants in the streamline shape and scattered landscape installations in different shapes over various corners, creating a fancy and fantastic scene.
In conclusion, Logan Lcc is a testament to Logan Group's commitment to creating unique and engaging landscape designs. The project's recognition with the Golden A' Design Award is a testament to the design's uniqueness, innovation, and impact on the landscape design industry. The design's unique properties, technical aspects, and the challenges overcome during its creation make it a standout in the field of landscape design.
